Job Description

  1. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region.

    • Manage prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and enterprise product sales.

    • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Territory Sales Managers, Field Executives, and Retail Partners.

    • Conduct performance reviews and provide sales training to the team.

  3. Market Development

    • Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer networks.

    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

    • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.

  4. Customer Relationship Management

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through service quality and quick issue resolution.

    • Handle escalations from key customers or business partners.

  5. Reporting & Analysis

    • Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare area sales reports.

    • Analyze data to find growth areas and improve sales conversion rates.

    • Report to the Regional Sales Manager or Zonal Head.
