Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through service quality and quick issue resolution.
Handle escalations from key customers or business partners.
Reporting & Analysis
Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare area sales reports.
Analyze data to find growth areas and improve sales conversion rates.
Report to the Regional Sales Manager or Zonal Head.
