Job Description

Operational Management

  • Manage daily delivery operations in the assigned area.

  • Ensure targets for on-time delivery, package safety, and customer satisfaction are met.

  • Monitor hub/center operations, route planning, and delivery scheduling.

2️⃣ Team Leadership

  • Lead a team of Hub Supervisors, Hub Assistants, and Delivery Executives.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and motivate teams.

  • Conduct training and mentoring to improve productivity.

3️⃣ Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: on-time delivery, undelivered packages, RTO rates, customer complaints.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

4️⃣ Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with customer service, warehouse teams, and vendors.

  • Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly.

  • Work with regional management to plan peak season logistics.

5️⃣ Process Improvement

  • Optimize routes, staffing, and operational workflows.

  • Implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality
