Monitor hub/center operations, route planning, and delivery scheduling.
Lead a team of Hub Supervisors, Hub Assistants, and Delivery Executives.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and motivate teams.
Conduct training and mentoring to improve productivity.
Track KPIs: on-time delivery, undelivered packages, RTO rates, customer complaints.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with customer service, warehouse teams, and vendors.
Resolve escalations and operational issues promptly.
Work with regional management to plan peak season logistics.
Optimize routes, staffing, and operational workflows.
Implement SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
