Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across assigned hubs/areas
Lead and mentor Hub Managers, Supervisors, and Delivery Teams
Ensure achievement of KPIs such as on-time delivery, first-attempt delivery, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction
Plan and optimize routes, manpower, and vehicle utilization
Handle operational escalations, customer issues, and exceptions
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, compliance, and quality standards
Coordinate with central planning, warehouse, and customer service teams
Support peak planning (festive sales, high-volume days)
