Oversee daily operations in a defined area of the warehouse or logistics chain.
Ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Monitor process health metrics such as productivity, safety, quality, and cost.
Coordinate with support teams (HR, Finance, Engineering) to resolve issues.
Lead a team of Team Leaders, Process Assistants, and Associates (50–200 employees).
Manage attendance, shift schedules, and resource planning.

Collaborate with transportation, HR, inventory control, and tech teams.
