Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for the assigned area.
Implement business plans and marketing strategies to increase Airtel’s market share and revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
Ensure availability of products and services at every retail outlet.
Monitor sales team and distributor performance through regular reviews.
Handle inventory management, billing, and channel incentives.
Supervise a team of Territory Sales Managers, Field Sales Executives, and Customer Relationship Officers.
Set performance goals and provide training, motivation, and feedback.
Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Airtel’s reach in untapped locations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
Launch area-level promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and timely issue resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and work with support teams to resolve complaints.
Strengthen Airtel’s brand presence and reputation locally.
Track daily and weekly sales reports, performance dashboards, and KPIs.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and team performance.
Report to the Regional Manager / Zonal Head regularly.
