Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Financial Oversight
Manage area budgets and operational costs.
Ensure profitability and cost-efficiency across all units.
Customer Service & Quality Assurance
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all units.
Handle escalated customer complaints and implement improvements.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational and service standards.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management.
Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
