Job Description

  1. Operational Management

    • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations across all units in the area.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

    • Optimize workflow, staffing, and resource allocation.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Supervise and mentor unit managers or supervisors.

    • Conduct performance appraisals, set targets, and implement development plans.

    • Resolve staff conflicts and promote a positive work culture.

  3. Sales & Revenue Management

    • Set and monitor sales targets for each unit.

    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.

    • Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions when needed.

  4. Financial Oversight

    • Manage area budgets and operational costs.

    • Ensure profitability and cost-efficiency across all units.

  5. Customer Service & Quality Assurance

    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all units.

    • Handle escalated customer complaints and implement improvements.

    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational and service standards.

  6. Reporting & Analytics

    • Prepare and submit performance reports to senior management.

    • Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.

    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
