Corporate Governance
Advise the Board of Directors on governance matters.
Draft and review corporate policies to maintain best practices.
Statutory Filings & Documentation
Prepare and file annual returns, financial statements, and other regulatory documents with authorities.
Maintain statutory records and registers as per regulatory requirements.
Board & Shareholder Meetings
Organize and attend Board and committee meetings.
Prepare agendas, notices, and minutes for meetings.
Shareholder Communication
Manage shareholder correspondence, notices, and reports.
Ensure timely and accurate communication in compliance with legal obligations.
Advisory Role
Provide guidance to management on legal, regulatory, and governance matters.
Support corporate projects requiring legal inputs.
Base Salary: Competitive salary, typically in the range of ₹8–12 lakh per annum depending on experience and location.
