Record day-to-day financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and journals.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Handle monthly and year-end closing activities.
Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Track accounts receivable, follow up for outstanding payments, and reconcile balances.
Manage vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Assist with invoice approvals and credit note issuance.
Perform bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
Maintain vendor, customer, and inter-company ledger reconciliations.
Support finance audits by providing required reconciliations and reports.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with auditors for quarterly and annual audits.
Maintain accurate documentation for tax and compliance audits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports (cash flow, vendor payments, expense reports).
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with other departments (procurement, operations, HR) for financial data collection.
